Paul Lehr

International Executive Director


Miami Beach native Paul T. Lehr, J.D., earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and scored the highest score in the State of Florida on the Bar Exam. He worked as a law clerk for a Federal Judge, practiced law for several years, and was President of a successful health and wellness business for 12 years for which he built and led a staff of approximately 100+, oversaw the non-profit research foundation which published numerous papers in leading peer-reviewed medical journals, and drafted legislative language incorporated into the Medicare Bill and successfully led negotiation with Congress and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to secure Medicare reimbursement. Lehr also was co-founder and President of HeartGenomics, a biotech company focused on gene expressions tests for heart failure developed by Dr. Josh Hare. Lehr joined Longeveron, LLC, in 2016, as the International Executive Director, and will help to lead and oversee Longeveron’s international efforts and operations. In addition to his work in the field of science, Lehr is involved in the arts and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Robert Redford & Sibylle Redford The Way of the Rain Foundation, and the University of Miami Frost School of Music Visiting Committee.
